The person who has given much fitness equipment to the world through his company Peloton is now resigning from his post of CEO of Peloton and shifting himself to the position of Executive Chairman of the company.
He did this because he found a low demand for his products during the pandemic. His company growth started to slow down last year and in January there was a complete pause in the production of Peloton bikes and treadmills because of low demand.
Earlier Foley shared in a press conference that he always had a thought to get a better CEO for Peloton than him and he at that time indicated that Barry McCarthy is perfect for the working of CEO of Peloton. And now Barry McCarthy will handle all the work of the company as a new CEO.
